Sponsored campaigns and placements

You describe a sponsored campaign; AdsPog sets it up and runs it, and people complete the task to earn a reward. A placement shows your campaign inside the app with a Sponsored label. Both are ordered separately and don't depend on your package.

  2. Goal: the campaign name, a target (how many completions you want, for reporting only) and the description shown in the app.
  3. Place & dates: the city, the whole city or a radius on the map, and the start and end dates. A campaign runs for at most a year.
  4. Conditions, by kind: at least 2 stops on the map for a scan tour, the branches for branch discovery, at least 2 booths for an event passport. AdsPog generates a QR code per booth for you to download and print.

  6. In Review & send, click Send to AdsPog. After that the campaign can't be edited.

Quote, payment and launch

AdsPog usually prepares the quote within one business day. It lists three payments separately: the Service fee, the Reward budget and Production & promotion. There is also a Commission per verified action, invoiced when the campaign ends and only for actions that were tracked and verified.

  1. When the quote is ready, a counter appears in the menu. Open the campaign and check the costs.
  2. The organisation's owner clicks Accept, which creates a separate invoice for each payment. If you don't agree, click Decline.
  3. Pay the invoices by bank transfer or, if it is enabled for your account, by card. Once they are all paid, AdsPog launches the campaign and it appears in the app with the Sponsored label.

The reward budget is paid upfront for the AdsPog points participants will receive, and the unused part stays yours. You can cancel until the campaign starts: unpaid invoices are voided, and for amounts already paid contact AdsPog.

Results and the confirmation queue

The Results tab shows participants, completions, verified actions, points paid, budget left and cost per completion, with a day-by-day chart. A campaign closes on its end date, when the participant limit is reached, when the reward budget runs out, or when AdsPog ends it.

With manual confirmation, completions land on the Confirmation queue tab. Check the purchase or visit and click Approve or Reject. Each approved completion is paid from the budget; a rejected participant gets no reward.

Placements

A placement is a card inside the app with a Sponsored label. There are five slots: Home, Map, Category, Rewards catalog and Sponsored mission.

  1. On Promotion → Placements, click New placement and pick the slot.
  2. Links to: a sponsored campaign, a street campaign or your brand page. The sponsored mission slot needs a sponsored campaign.
  3. Creative: a landscape image (at least 1200 px wide, no text on it), a title and a subtitle.
  4. Who and when: city, categories, dates and how many times a day one person may see it. Pick a map pin if needed.
  5. Click Send for review.

AdsPog sets the price after review: a flat price or per 1,000 impressions (CPM). A flat price is invoiced on approval, CPM when the placement ends. If changes are needed, the placement goes back to draft with an AdsPog asks for changes note. The report shows impressions, unique viewers (hidden below 5), clicks and CTR.

For agencies

In an agency account, Client brands lists the brands you manage: package, this month's usage, who pays and last activity. For each brand choose Brand pays or Agency pays. When the agency pays, the brands' subscription invoices are combined into one monthly invoice, while limits and data stay with each brand. The agency owner makes this choice. Commissions shows commission for agencies with a partner agreement with AdsPog.
