Security & privacy
Your customers’ trust is our responsibility too.
We built AdsPog so a business sees what it needs to work — and nothing more. Below is a short summary; the full text is in our privacy policy.
Customer data
A card scan shares no contacts
A business sees only a masked name, the level and the history at its own business. Phone and email exist only for customers the business entered or imported itself. Different businesses’ customers are fully isolated.
Messages
With consent and caps
Business messages go only to people who follow the business or joined its program. Push needs its own permission, with caps of 1 a day and 3 a week, and quiet hours. People can mute a business at any time.
Access
2FA, roles and permissions
Two-factor sign-in (TOTP) and recovery codes for panel accounts. Permissions are enforced on the server; cashiers see only the till.
Audit
Sensitive actions are logged
Exports, refunds, balance adjustments, deletions, role and billing changes go to the audit log. Contact export is owner-only.
Analytics
First-party and privacy-safe
App analytics are collected on our own servers and users can opt out. Groups under 5 people are hidden in advertiser reports.
Infrastructure
Encrypted transport and backups
All traffic is served over HTTPS and the database is backed up daily. The mobile app verifies devices with App Attest.
Roles
Everyone on your team sees only what they need.
Permissions are enforced on the server. Exports, refunds, balance adjustments, deletions, role and billing changes go to the audit log.
