Getting started: account, profile, branches and team

Everything happens in the panel at business.adspog.com. After you sign up, AdsPog reviews your organisation and assigns a package; meanwhile you can set up the profile, branches and team.

Signing up

  1. Open business.adspog.com and click Create an account.
  2. Pick the Account type: Brand for your own business, Agency if you run campaigns for client brands.
  3. For a brand, choose Your goal: Street ads, Loyalty, CRM or Everything. It decides which setup steps the dashboard shows, and you can change it later in Settings.
  4. Enter the Organisation name, your full name, email and a password of at least 8 characters, then click Create account.

A new organisation starts in review, and a bar at the top of the panel says it is being reviewed by AdsPog. You can prepare and submit campaigns in the meantime; they go live once the organisation is approved. The join QR and your business page in the app also start working after approval.

The panel does not pick a package by itself. If Package & billing says No active package, contact AdsPog: the team assigns the package, with a trial where one applies. Opening a feature outside your package shows This feature is not in your package.

If you were invited

The team's owner or manager adds you by email address. AdsPog does not send invitation emails: the person who invited you passes the link on themselves.

  1. If that email has no AdsPog account yet, you get an invitation link. Open it, type your name, set a password and click Accept and continue.
  2. The link is valid for 7 days and works once. If it has expired, ask to be invited again: a new link is created and the old one stops working.
  3. If you already have an account with that email, there is no link. Sign in at business.adspog.com with that account and the organisation appears in the switcher at the top left.

The first-steps list

On the Dashboard, the First steps card lists the setup for your goal. Each step is a button that opens the right page, and Next step takes you to the first one not done yet. The card disappears once everything is done.

  • Street ads: Upload a creative, Add an ad spot, Write the offer, Set a points budget, Do a test scan, Submit for review.
  • Loyalty: Add a branch, Set the earn rule, Invite a cashier, Join QR, Run a test purchase, Activate loyalty.
  • With CRM or Everything, both lists are shown.

Steps your role can't do stay in the list but don't open. Inviting a cashier, for example, is for owners and managers only.

Organisation profile

  1. In the left menu, under Organisation, open Settings.
  2. On the Profile tab, set the name, website and logo. The name and logo appear in the app next to your campaigns and on your business page.
  3. To change your goal, pick it here and click Save changes.

The Status block shows where your organisation stands. AdsPog gives the verified badge to trusted brands; it can't be requested from the panel.

Branches

Branches tie together tills, cashiers, join QRs and reservations. If you have one location, one branch is enough.

  1. Go to Organisation → Branches and click New branch.
  2. Enter a Name. Address, Phone, Opening hours and coordinates are optional, but they show on your business page in the app and in reports.
  3. Leave Active branch on. An inactive branch can't be picked at the till.

If you take reservations, write the hours as one range such as 10:00–22:00: the app then refuses bookings outside it. A branch with till activity is deactivated instead of deleted, so its history stays.

Team and roles

  1. Go to Organisation → Team and click Invite.
  2. Enter the person's email and pick a role. For a cashier, also tick the branches they work at; with none ticked, they can work at every branch.
  3. Click Invite. If the email has no AdsPog account, the panel shows Invitation link ready. Copy the link and send it to the person yourself: it is shown only once, lasts 7 days and works once.
  4. Someone who already has an account is added straight away and signs in with that account.

ManagerEverything except billing, team management and deleting. Can still invite non-owner members.

SalesCustomers, the sales pipeline, customer contacts and reports.
SupportRequests, reservations and customer contacts; can view the CRM.

CashierThe till only: card, codes, stamps, points and perks. No other page in the panel opens.

Your package sets how many team and cashier seats you have; see Team seats and Cashier seats at the top of the page. The owner takes a team seat too. To change someone's role or branches, click the pencil next to them. The Roles and permissions table at the bottom shows what each role may do; it can't be changed per person.

Two-step sign-in (2FA)

2FA belongs to each personal account, so every team member turns it on for themselves. After the password, sign-in asks for the 6-digit code from an authenticator app.

  1. Open Settings → Security and click Turn on 2FA.
  2. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy or a similar app.
  3. Type the code the app shows and click Confirm and turn on.
  4. Save the 10 recovery codes (Download .txt). Each one lets you sign in once if your phone isn't with you.

Turning on 2FA signs your account out on other devices. If you lose both the phone and the recovery codes, you won't be able to sign in, so keep the codes in a password manager.

Panel language

Click your name at the bottom left and pick Azərbaycanca, English or Русский under Language. The language changes in your browser only, not for the rest of the team. Sign out is in the same menu.
